Welcome to LGD88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and LGD88 ("LGD88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://lgd88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services operated under the LGD88 brand.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the LGD88 platform — whether to place sports bets, participate in live casino games, play slots, or use any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the LGD88 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of LGD88, including players registered from Malaysia and other jurisdictions where use of the platform is not prohibited by applicable law. Malaysian players accessing LGD88 from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions are subject to these Terms equally.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the LGD88 platform, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's LGD88 Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonuses, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or loyalty reward granted by LGD88 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other betting market available on the LGD88 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by LGD88 prior to the processing of withdrawals or as required for regulatory compliance purposes.
• "Platform" means the LGD88 website, mobile site, mobile application, and all associated software and services operated by LGD88.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency denomination used for Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and betting limits on the LGD88 platform.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the LGD88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. LGD88 does not permit access to persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
3. You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
5. You are not accessing the platform for the purpose of researching, exploiting, or testing any software vulnerability, bonus abuse scheme, or fraudulent strategy.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by LGD88 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
7. You are not a current employee, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of LGD88 or its affiliated entities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on LGD88. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. LGD88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify LGD88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

LGD88 may, at its sole discretion, decline to register any Account application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

By using the LGD88 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or collect data.
• Attempting to defraud LGD88 or other players through collusion, match manipulation, arbitrage betting schemes, or any other fraudulent conduct.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions on the platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes through your LGD88 Account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or restricted without lawful authorisation.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Using the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair LGD88's servers or network infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable behaviour towards LGD88 staff or other platform users.

LGD88 monitors all Account activity using automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, and the relevant balance may be withheld pending investigation.

LGD88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

All deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction for cryptocurrency deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the Account (the "source of funds" principle). LGD88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 5 to 15 minutes on average.
• Direct Bank Wire: 15 to 60 minutes, subject to bank processing schedules.
• Cryptocurrency: Processing time subject to network confirmation requirements.

LGD88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend incentives, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without notice.
• LGD88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.

All bets placed on LGD88's sportsbook, live casino, slots, and other gaming products are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. LGD88 publishes detailed game rules within the platform interface.

In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or service interruption during a bet or game round, LGD88 will apply the following resolution principles:

• For sports bets where the event outcome has been determined at the time of the interruption, the bet will be settled according to the verified result.
• For live casino game rounds interrupted before completion, bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.
• For slot game rounds interrupted before a result is generated, the round will be completed upon reconnection and the result displayed accordingly.

LGD88 reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted in error, including bets accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at LGD88's discretion, including reductions applied to individual Accounts based on betting patterns.

LGD88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a small number of players may experience difficulty controlling their gambling behaviour, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

LGD88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of your net gaming activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break from gambling for 24 hours to 30 days without full exclusion.

LGD88 will not market to or contact any player who has self-excluded from the platform. In the event that a self-excluded player creates a new Account, LGD88 will close the Account and return any deposited funds upon identification.

All content on the LGD88 platform — including but not limited to the LGD88 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of LGD88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the LGD88 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any LGD88 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or systems underlying the LGD88 platform.
• Use the LGD88 brand, trademarks, or logos in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the platform by automated or manual means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LGD88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or content published on the platform.

In all cases, LGD88's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LGD88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate any Account and withhold or void any funds therein under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable LGD88 policy.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate the closure of the Account.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to LGD88's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

LGD88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the LGD88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which LGD88 is licensed to operate. LGD88 operates in compliance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the LGD88 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact LGD88 support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent LGD88 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
